摘 要:用硬度塞法分别测量了相同工况下二甲醚(DME)发动机和柴油机的活塞温度分布,测量结果表明,90%标定负荷工况时,DME发动机活塞顶部和火力岸处表面温度为255℃~290℃,比同工况下柴油机要低20℃~40℃,燃用这两种燃料的活塞温度分布情况及其变化趋势则基本相同。采用零维燃烧模型对DME发动机与柴油机的燃烧放热规律和缸内温度变化历程进行了预测分析,计算结果表明,在相同工况下DME发动机的热负荷低于柴油机,这是导致DME发动机活塞温度较柴油机低的根本原因。The piston temperature of DME engine and diesel engine is experimentally measured by making use of hardness plug under the same working condition. The test results show that the surface temperature of piston crown in the DME engine is 255 ℃- 290℃, 20 ℃-40 ℃ lower than that of the diesel engine. However, the distribution and the variation tendency of piston temperature are almost the same for the DME engine and the diesel engine. The heat release law of DME and diesel engine and temperature variation history inside their cylinders are analyzed and predicted by a zero-dimensional combustion model, and the calculation results show that the thermal load of the DME engine is lower than that of the diesel engine under the same working condition, which explains why the piston temperature of the DME engine is generally lower than that of the diesel engine.
