摘　　要：精品课程建设是更新教育观念、深化教学改革、提高教学质量和培养创新型人才的关键。明确精品课程建设的现实意义,确定精品课程建设的目标,突出精品课程建设的重点,创新精品课程建设的实践,是当前落实教育部2007年1、2号文件精神,实施高校教学质量与教学改革工程,推进精品课程建设,提高高校教学质量的重要举措。The construction of top-quality courses is the key to refresh educational concepts, further teaching reform,improve teaching quality and cultivate creative talents. Therefore, it is an important measure tor improving university teaching quality to clarify the meaning of top- quality course construction, set the goal, focus on the Key point, mno-rate the practice.
