摘　　要：分析了沟通在高校科技管理中的重要意义和作用,提出了高校科技管理沟通中应注意的方法,以期提高高校科技管理水平,促进高校科技工作发展.It analyzes the importance and function of communication in science and technology management in universities, and puts forward the communication methods, which aimes at development of the management skills and improvement of science and technology research.
