摘　　要：高校教师教育技术培训工作得到了各方面的重视,开展工作几年来,有力地推动了高校教学信息化进程。在此笔者就培训工作开展几年来的情况作简要地介绍,针对培训中存在的问题进行分析和探讨,提出改进的思路,以期今后更好的开展工作。More and more people care about the educational technology training for teachers in institution of higher education, it is a great cause requiring wide concern and extensive participation of the whole society. In the last few years ,What we did concerning the training work has promoted the progress of information technology in higher education. This paper is focus on the theoretical analysis of the training work. After reconsideration of the present training work ,we will analyze and explore the way on how to improve the quality of the educational technology training for teachers in institution of higher education. We will promote the sustainable development of this work with the concerted effort.
