摘　　要：如何应用现代信息技术有效地设计电子教案，使英语课堂教学效果达到最大化，提高学生的自主学习意识和能力，是大学英语教学改革需要解决的重要问题。本文通过封纲站式英语电子教案这一概念的提出和论述，封上述问题的解决做出探索和尝试。An important issue confronts college English teaching reform： how to effectively design electronic English lesson plans via the use of modem information technology and optimize English classroom teaching, in order to enhance students＇ awareness and competence for autonomous learning. This paper proposes and elaborates on the concept of ＂the web-based English lesson plan＂, introducing＂ some experimental ways with regard to the above issue.
