摘　　要：高校贫困生的困境和心理上障碍影响着高校的和谐发展,这与党中央提出的构建和谐社会,实现人与人之间的和谐不相适应。文章从高校贫困生工作现状以及构建和谐社会与做好贫困生工作关系出发,提出要高度重视贫困生工作,以人为本,实现高校和谐发展。The practical situation of poor students and their psychological obstacles are getting in the way of the harmonious development of High Schools, which does not cope with the social development goal put forward by the CPC of constructing a harmonious society to reach interpersonal harmony. The paper analysed the present situation of poor students and constructing harmonious society with poor students work. We hereby suggest that High Schools should focus their work on poor undergraduates, promoting them to grow healthily into useful people and making contributions to our country＇ s construction. Only in this way can High Schools attain a harmonious and smooth devdopment.
