摘  要:对甘肃不同产地的3种白刺叶中营养成分含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明:同陕西分布的沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides比较,甘肃产唐古特白刺Nitrania tangutorum、小果白刺N.sibirica和泡泡刺N.sphearocarpa叶中营养成分较高;不同地理种源的唐古特白刺叶片中营养成分含量不同,因此对白刺叶的开发,要考虑种质来源;同一生境不同种的叶营养成分含量有所差异,说明同一生境生长的同属不同种植物对不同营养成分的积累能力不同;除可溶性糖外,唐古特白刺叶中营养成分的积累高于在果实中的积累,因此就营养成分含量来说,叶的营养价值大于果实。The nutrient contents in leaf of three species of Nitraria in Gansu Province were studied. The results showed that the nutrient contents in leaf of N. tangutorum, N. sibirica and N. sphaerocarpa were higher than that of Hippophae rhamoides. The nutrient contents of N. tangutorum differed among different geographic location, so this should be considered while it was utilized. The nutrient contents of N. tangutorum and N. sphaerocarpa, which distributed in same area were different from each other, it could be concluded that the different species of Nitraria growing in same area had the different ability to accumulate nutrients. Meanwhile, the nutrient contents in leaf of N. tangutorum were higher than that in fruit, this suggested that the nutrient value of leaf was higher than fruit.
