摘 要:小麦籽粒发育初期总氨基酸含量逐渐增加,12~16d达到最大,随后降低,24d以后又缓慢增加至成熟;在整个过程中缬氨酸、赖氨酸、异亮氨酸、天冬氨酸的相对含量逐渐降低,而谷氨酸、脯氨酸、组氨酸和苯丙氨酸不断增加;籽粒发育初期游离氨基酸不断增加,12d含量最大,然后快速下降,到24d减慢,32d又快速下降,成熟的种子仅含0.04%,籽粒发育初期(开花后4~12d)游离大冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、内氨酸和脯氨酸含量较高,品种间氨基酸有一定差异。At the early stage of grain development (4 -16 days after anthesis), the total amino acid content increased gradually, reached the maximum on the 12-16th day. Then it decreased continually and reached the minimun on the 24th day . After that, it returned to a slow increase until maturity. The percentages of Val, Lys He Asp and Arg decreasd gradually while the percentages of Glu Pro His and Phe increased progressively during the development of the wheat grains. During the course of grain development, the content of total free amino acids increased and reached the peak on the 12th day after anthesis. Then it decreased rapidly. The de-crase slowed down at the 24th day and accelerated again at the 32th day. Only 0. 04% of the free amino acid is left in matured grains. The contents of free Asp, Ser Glu Ala and Pro is higher 4-12 days after flowering. The amino acids composition of different varieties were d ifferent.
