摘　　要：我们今天中国特色社会主义政治、经济、文化建设需要借鉴中国优秀的传统文化。泰伯三让王位的至德精神对今天社会生活的方方面面都产生了巨大的影响,文章着重论述泰伯三让王位的至德精神对政治和谐建设的借鉴意义。The political, economic and cultural construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics today has to use the experience of the outstanding traditional Chinese culture. The spirit of Taibo, who had given his throne to other talents for three times, has great effects on many aspects of today＇s society. The paper chiefly discusses how to use the Taibo＇s spirit to harmonize political construction.
