摘 要:20世纪初,新教育借助于国家政权的力量进入乡村社会,由此开始了乡村教育现代化进程。但新教育不仅没有获得乡村社会的普遍认同,而且各种教育冲突不断,这极大地影响了中国教育现代化的发展。教育诉讼即是教育冲突的重要表征之一。文章以新政浙江乡村发生的教育诉讼案件为例,考察了乡村教育冲突情况及其对近代乡村教育现代化进程的影响。At the beginning of 20th century, new education entered rural community in virtue of the state's power, thus the modernization process of rural education began. However, the new education mode didn't receive a universal recognition among the community. Various conflicts arose on issues concerning the education, which has greatly impeded the development of the educational modernization. And the Educational litigation was one of these Educational conflicts. In this article, we take the Educational conflict which happed in Zhejiang province as an example and probe into the education conflicts and their influences on the development of modernization of rural education in the modern times.
