摘　　要：卡内基教学促进基金会对美国高等教育的发展持续产生了重要的影响,其影响产生的内在机制能为我国有意愿且有能力参与高等教育等公共事务的人士或组织提供参考和借鉴。The CFAT has great impact to the American higher education. The internal mechanisms of the operation of the CFAT makes the CFAT continue to influence the American higher education. Its successful experiences bring illumination to those who are ready and able to participate in such public affairs as higher education in China.
