摘 要:教育产权制度的改革与创新不是人们的主观臆想,现代产权经济学的“阿尔钦之谜,”揭示了不同的产权结构,会导致不同的体制效率,产权清晰对社会经济活动会产生相当大的促进或制约作用,要提高资源配置效率,降低交易费用,必须以产权的界定为前提。在借鉴产权理论的基础上,根据教育内容的不同通过教育产权制度改革与创新,分别构建不同的教育产权制度,将最终克服现行教育体制中存在的种种弊端,并促进我国的各类教育事业更长足的健康发展。Reforms and innovations of education property rights institutions are not dreams. It is an enigma of Armer A. Alchian in modem property rights economics that discloses different property rights structures lead to different system efficiencies,whether the property rights are clear shall promote or restrain social economic activities greatly. With the goal of improving resource collocation and reducing trade expense, the precondition of such reforms and innovations shall be the definition of property rights and on the basis of referencing theories of property rights, constructing different education property rights institutions by reforms and innovations of them in accordance with different contents of education,which will ultimately overcome abuses of present education system and develop educational careers of all kinds healthily.
