广播电视大学“课程免修免考”政策对教学计划课程体系影响分析

摘　　要：电大教育免修免考政策对教学计划的执行产生正负两方面效应。其中:包容性、衔接性、知识更新性、校际壁垒、认证范围等方面的缺憾,可以通过建立评价机制、扩大替代证书种类和优化管理等措施不断改善,进而发挥免修免考政策的优势,以完善学习支持服务体系,保证教学计划要求的教育目标顺利实现。Exempt from learning and the examination policy in radio and TV universities produces both positive and negative effects to the execution of the teaching plan. Among them, shortcomings such as including, connecting, renewal of knowledge, barriers between schools, authentication etc, can be solved through setting up a mechanism of appraising, varying substitutive certifications types and enhancing management. Consequently, the advantages of this policy can be fully utilized in order to improve learning support system and guarantee the educational objectives required by the teaching plans are realized smoothly.
