摘　　要：国际儿童读物联盟(IBBY)第30届世界大会于2006年9月在中国澳门举行,围绕本次大会的总主题“儿童文学与社会发展”,来自世界54个国家的500多名代表展开了热烈讨论。本文全面呈现了澳门会议的论辩与思考以及国际安徒生奖的情况,透视出当今国际儿童文学关注的热点、焦点问题和未来走向。The 30th IBBY （The International Board on Books for Young People ）world congress hold in Macao, China, in Sep.2006. About five hundreds representatives from 54 countries gave a warm discussion on the general theme that is children＇s literature and development of society. This article make a overall introduction of this congress and Hans Christian Andersen Award, which would reflect the focus and the future direction of the present situation of the children＇s literature in the world.
