摘　　要：微生物学不仅是一门基础学科,也是一门应用学科。通过微生物学实验的学习,可以使学生增强对微生物的认识,提高学生的实验操作技术,培养学生的综合素质与综合能力。Microbiology is not only a basis subject but also an applied subject. Through studying microbiology experiment course, students strengthen the knowledge to microbe. They improve their skill of experiment and synthesis capacity such as analyzing the questions, solving the problems.
