摘　　要：绩效技术是一种致力于提高组织及其个人绩效的系统方法,目前已经应用到教育中,受到不少教育技术学者的关注。本文从绩效技术的观点出发,分析了精品课程网络建设的现状。Performance Technology is a systematic method aimed at improving the performance of a individual or an organization. It has now been applied to the education field. The article discusses the construction of high quality network courseware from the perspective of Performance Technology.
