摘　　要：讨论了具有功能反应函数x1n的捕食系统.x=x(a-bx1n-h(x))-cyx1n,.y=y(-d+ecx1n)(n>1),得到系统正平衡点存在性和稳定性的充分条件及极限环的存在性与唯一性条件.The following predator-prey system with functional response x=x（a-bx1n-h（x））-cyx1n,.y=y（-d＋ecx1n）（n〉1） is discussed. Sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and stability of the positive equilibrium of the system, and the existence and uniqueness of the limit cycles are proved in this system.
