膀胱肿瘤 P^(53)蛋白表达的临床意义

摘　　要：用免疫组化法对３０例膀胱肿瘤标本进行Ｐ５３蛋白检测，结果：Ｐ５３蛋白表达率为６３．３４％（１９／３０），其中移行细胞癌及腺癌表达率明显高于其他类型，提示Ｐ５３蛋白表达除与肿瘤分期、分级有关外，似与肿瘤病理类型有关，其过度表达与肿瘤细胞恶性潜势及侵袭性明显相关，对临床治疗方案的制定及预后预示均有一定指导意义。30 cases of transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of bladder were detected for P53 oncoprotein using immunochemical technique. P53 gene mutation was observed in 63.34%,the P53 positive rate was higher in TCC than that in adenocarcinoma. The results revealed a positive correlation between the pathologic grading and clinical staging of cancer with the expression of P53 gene mutation,and it might be related to the pathological types of cancer. P53 gene expression might be a valuable predictor in judgement of the behaviour and prognosis of TCC.
