摘　　要：借鉴企业管理理念“供应链管理”思想,提出人才供应链及人才供应链管理的概念。探讨了以高校为核心,由“家庭-小学-中学-高校-军队企事业用人单位-社会”构成的人才供应链管理的特点及内容,从人才供应链管理的视角对高校人才培养问题进行了探讨和分析。Puts forward the conception of supply chain of talented people and supply chain management of talented people using for enterprise＇ s idea on supply chain management. Probes into the characteristics and contents of supply chain of talented people which takes institutions of higher education as core, makes up of family, primary school, mid- dle schc^l, institution of higher education, army, enterprise, institution and society. Discusses and analyzes the issue of talented people cultivation on the view of supply chain management of talented people.
