摘　　要：凯瑟琳·曼斯菲尔德与张爱玲是表现爱情与婚姻题材的两位杰出的女作家,她们的作品有许多相似之处,一是她们的写作风格,二是她们的写作技巧。两位作家都是通过细小琐碎、平凡无奇的日常生活题材来表现人生真谛。她们都以其女性独特的观察视角、细腻清丽的表达方式、精湛独特的写作技巧和全新的艺术风格,以短篇小说的形式敏锐地思索人生。她们都擅长人物心理刻画,通过意象象征、意识流与间接内心独白及不同叙述视角间的灵活转换,更为直接地呈现人物意识和心理状态,将表层的生活故事引向深层的"心理现实"。Catherine Mansfield and Zhang Ailing are two distinguished writers on the subject of love and marriage. There are many similarities between their works. First, it is their writing style. Second, it is their writing skills. The two writers reveal the essence of daily life through trivial and plain subject. They ponder over life in the form of short stories with unique women perspective, delicate expression, exquisite writing skill and new artistic style. They are adept at psychological depiction of characters, presentation of the characters＇ state of mind through symbol, imago, indirect interior monologue, stream of consciousness and flexible conversion of different points of view which introduce the surface llfe story to ＂psychological reality.＂
