摘 要:受击穿场强限制,静电式仪表采用正弦波高压放大器不能满足过载能力的要求,为此研制出了一种出力系数大的开关调制式方波高压放大器。但在应用中发现,方波高压放大器存在功耗高和对位移测量电路干扰大的缺点。针对这些不足,采用研磨铁心截面、线包分段绕制和在调制信号中加入死区三种措施,显著降低了高压放大器的功耗和谐波干扰。测试表明,高压放大器优化后最大功耗降低了65.5%,而过载能力提高12.8%,同时对位移测量电路的干扰降至与正弦波高压放大器相同的水平。The switch-modulation based square wave high-voltage amplifier with large force-voltage factor was designed to improve the overload capacity of electrostatic apparatus since the overload capacity of sine wave modulation based suspension system are limited by the breakdown field intensity. It was found that the square wave high-voltage amplifier has the shortcomings of high power consumption and strong harmonic disturbance in displacement measurement. To solve these problems, several optimizing methods including core sections polishing, sectional windings and adding dead zones to modulating signals were used. The tests indicate that after optimization, the maximum power consumption of the high-voltage amplifier decreased by 65.5%, while the maximum overload capacity increased by 12,8%. Moreover, the harmonic disturbance to the rotor displacement measurement circuit is reduced and almost the same as the sine wave high-voltage amplifiers.
