摘　　要：将学生干部群体建设成为具有凝聚力和战斗力的优秀团队,一方面能推动各项校园文化活动更好的开展,帮助教师和管理人员减轻繁重的工作,提高高校学生工作的质量和水平;另一方面能提高学生干部的综合素质、增强竞争力,为社会培养一支高素质的全面发展的人才队伍。游戏训练法培养学生干部团队精神在笔者的工作实践中证明是行之有效的方法。There are two advantages of making student＇s staff an excellent team with cohesion forces and fighting strengths. For one thing, it can bring better development to various campus cultural activities, help ease teachers and executives ＇heavy work, and improve the working quality and working level of high school students. For another thing, it can improve comprehensive character and competition of student＇s staff, which contribute to an overall development and talented person＇s troop for the society. The game training method has been turned out to be efficient and useful way during the writer＇s work practice.
