略论现代图书馆员的继续教育

摘　　要：网络时代给图书馆的生存与发展带来严峻挑战和难得的发展机遇,迎接挑战抓住机遇的关键在于工作不断创新,而工作创新有赖于图书馆员整体素质的提高。本文论述了图书馆员继续教育的主要内容和实现途径,并提出了需要注意的问题。The network area has brought the austere challenge and hard-won chance of development to the library＇s survival and progress. How can we take the challenge and catch the opportunity？ The key to do it is endless innovation in work which depends on the librarians＇ improving their unitary qualities. This article talks about the main idea of librarians＇ continual education, the approach to make it become reality and brings forward some problems we should pay attention to.
