教师文化的变革与教师合作文化的重建

摘　　要：教师文化是影响教师观念以及教学行为的隐含性因素。我国目前正在进行的新课程改革不仅是课程内容的变更,更是一场课程文化的变革,其中教师文化的变革更是首当其冲。在课程改革的背景下,我国教师文化也表现为从分化的文化向合作文化的转型。教师合作文化是教师文化发展的一种理想状态,它表现出了其独有的特征。在新课程改革的背景下,我们需要进行教师合作文化的重建。The teacher culture effect teachers＇ idea and actiono And now the curriculum we implementation is not only the reform of content of the curriculum but also the reform of curriculum culture. And among all these reform , the reform of teacher culture is the most important. In the context of curriculum reform,our teacher culture is developing from individual culture to collaborative culture. The collaborative culture is the ideal stage of teacher culture,and now what the most important to do is to reconduct the collaborative teacher culture.
