摘　　要：我国成人教育学存在学科独立性不强,学科点布局不合理,学科点可持续发展乏力,研究方向狭窄,研究队伍薄弱等问题。因此,应加强学科队伍建设,加强对国外成人教育学研究,拓宽研究对象,创新研究方法。There are many problems in the discipline construction of adult pedagogy in China. Such as insufficience of discipline independence,unreasonable of the discipline distribution,lack of discipline sustainable development,limit in research direction,lack of research group and so on. So we must strengthen the research group construction,strengthen the study on the foreign adult pedagogy,broaden research object,and innovate research methods.
