摘  要:目的分析藏药沙棘的挥发油组分。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法从沙棘中提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析,并用归一化法确定各化学成分的相对百分含量。结果沙棘挥发油共提取、鉴定出14种化合物,含量最高的组分为亚油酸23.91%,其次为油酸24.09%,再次为棕榈酸21.26%,三十二烷8.97%,硬脂酸6.18%。相对含量较高的还有棕榈油酸2.89%,十八碳烯酸甲酯1.92%,亚麻酸1.35%。结论了解了超临界提取的沙棘挥发性成分的组成,为沙棘的进一步开放利用奠定了基础。Objective To analyse the chemical components of essential oil from Hippoplme rhamnoide. Methods After supercritical fluid extraction, the volatile oil was separated by GC-MS and determined by normalization method. Results 14 components from propoils by SFE were separated and identified. The main compounds of volatile oil were 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid 30.01% ,9 - octadecenoic acid 24, 09% , hexadecanoic acid 21.26% , n - dotriacontanol 8.97% , octadecanoic acid 6. 18% , hexadecenoic acid 2.89%, 9-octadecenoic acid, methyl ester 1.92%, alpha-Linolenic acid 1.35% etc. Conclusion There are abundant of unsaturated fatty acid, saturated fatty acid in the essential oil extracted from Hippophae rhamnoide. This research established a good method for further studying medical application and developing of Hippophae rhamnoide.
