摘　　要：目的建立川芎油中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用内标法,以香荆芥酚为内标物,测定川芎油中阿魏酸的含量。结果阿魏酸在0.402～6.432 mg·ml^-1范围内具有良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为101.5%,RSD=1.66%。结论方法简单、重现性好,可作为川芎油中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。Objective A method was established for the determination of ferulic acid in the Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. oil by GC. Methods Carvacrol was used as internal standard in order to determine the content of ferulic acid in the Ligusticum chuanxlong Hort. oil. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 402 - 6.432 mg·ml^-1 of ferulic acid. The result showed that the recoveries and RSD were 101.5% and 1.66% ,respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and of good repeatability,and can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in the Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. oil.
