摘　　要：我国农村学校教育由于片面追求升学率,不重视学校体育建设,学生很少进行体育活动,学生体质体能下降,视力、肥胖、辍学等问题上升。制约农村学校体育发展因素,既有教育观念问题,也有教育管理体制问题;既有学校内部原因,也有学校外围环境因素,改善这种状况必须从内外两方面着手。Due to Undue emphasis on going to high level colleges, entering little attention has been paid to school sports development and the students in rural primary and middle schools do not have enough sports activities. Their life is simple, their physical condition has declined and short-sightedness, obesity, school dropout have arisen. Factors restricting the development of rural schools include education concepts, education management system, school internal factors and external factors as well.
