摘 要:根据一维热传导假设,求解水泥混凝土路面的温度场,计算得出多孔混凝土基层顶面的翘曲应力;求解多孔混凝土基层的胀缩应力,提出基层开裂临界温度差的预估方法以及基层开裂时接缝间距的计算方法;推荐了常见路面结构厚度范围多孔混凝土基层的接缝间距。结果表明:当基层施工完成时刻与1 a内最冷时刻基层中部的温度差大于临界温度差时,需要设置横向缩缝,缩缝间距应根据基层与面层、基层与底基层或路基间的摩阻力及多孔混凝土的容许拉应力确定。According to one-dimensional heat conduction hypothesis, the thermal field of cement concrete pavement was got and the warping stress of porous concrete base at the top was calculated. The swell-shrinking stress of porous concrete base was also calculated and the predication method of critical temperature difference and the calculation method of joint space under base cracking were put forward. Besides, the joint spaces of porous concrete base at the common thickness scope of pavement structures were recommended. The results show that when the temperature difference at the middle of the base between construction completion time and the coldest time is larger than the critical temperature difference; the cross joint should be set and the joint space should be determined by the frictional stress between base and surface, base and subbase or subgrade and the allowable tensile stress of porous concrete.
