摘 要:目的查明食物中毒原因,及时采取应急措施,杜绝类似事件发生。方法采用《个案现场调查表》,对患者逐一调查,分析可疑食物,采集患者肛拭子、可疑食物(即食炒田螺)和生产可疑食物(即食炒田螺)的生产环境物品进行致病菌检测。结果此次食物中毒平均潜伏期9h,食用即食炒田螺者发病较高,患者肛拭子、剩余即食炒田螺、加工用煲盖中检出致病性大肠埃希菌。结论该起食物中毒由致病性大肠埃希菌污染即食炒田螺引起,推测即食炒田螺在养殖加工过程中被致病性大肠埃希菌污染。Objective To survey causes resulted in a food poisoning event. Methods Casecontrol observation was carried out in randomly selected eases and controls by using individual ease field survey form designed by Guangdong Provincial CDC. The suspicious food was analyzed. The anus wipes of patients taken snails and suspected food were eolleeted and analyzed for pathogen. Results The averagelatent period was 9 hours. There significant difference between the persons who had eaten river snail and those who did not ( P 〈 0.01 ). Enteropathogenie E. coli was detected from the anus wipes, river snails left and the pot cover. Conclusion This food poisoning is due to eating the river snail polluted by enteropathogenie E. coll.
