摘　　要：从企业组织的内部网络化和外部网络化两个方面分析了网络化对层级组织的改造,同时提出了企业组织网络化的过程中应注意的问题。This paper analyzes on the transformation of traditional hierarchical organization with networking from two aspects of the internal and external networking of enterprise organization, and advances some problems needing attention in the process of enterprise organization networking.
