摘 要:对豆豉溶栓酶发酵液进行提取、脱色,盐析,超滤脱盐,冷冻干燥等纯化研究,制得的豆豉溶栓酶干品,其比活力为530.6U/mg,纯化倍数为11.0,活性回收率为65.7%。溶栓酶干品经Sephadex G-100柱层析,SDS-PAGE法测定分子量为31.0ku。The extraction and purification through decolorizing, salting-out, desahing by uhrafihration and freezing-dry of Douchi fibrinolytic enzyme from fermenting liquor were investigated. The enzymatic activity reached 530.6 U/mg. The purification ratio was 11.0 more times than before, and the reclaim ratio was 65.7 %. Through sephadex-100 column chromatography, the molecular weight of dry Douchi fibrinolytic enzyme was 31.0 KD determined by SDA-PAGE.
