摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取柚子皮香精油,研究了萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2流量等因素对柚子皮精油萃取率的影响,并进行了最佳工艺优化。结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取柚子皮香精油的工艺是可行的,最佳工艺条件:原料粒度60目、流量25L/h、萃取时间80min、温度50℃、压力25MPa,其萃取率为5.12%。Essential oil was extracted from shaddock peel by the supercritical CO2 extraction technology. The influence of the factors including extraction temperature,extraction pressure,CO2 flow,etc. on the extraction rate of essential oil was studied,and the technology optimized. The results indicated that the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of essential oil from shaddock peel was feasible and that the optimum technological conditions were as follows: granularity 60 meshes,flow 25 L/h,extraction time 80 min, temperature 50 ℃, and pressure 25 MPa. The extraction rate was 5.12%.
