摘 要:在深入研究现代产品设计理念、方法和现代控制理论的基础上,提出了机电产品容错纠错设计的基本理论体系,设计了面向机电产品的容错纠错设计与仿真软件平台的基本框架,研究了容错纠错设计中的关键技术,为实现机电产品的容错纠错设计,提供了一套行之有效的理论、方法及数字化集成环境。以避障机器人的容错纠错系统作为设计实例,详细阐述了机电产品的容错纠错设计过程,仿真结果说明,容错纠错设计可有效地保障机电产品的安全性和可靠性。Basic theory system for fault tolerance and fault rectification design of ElectroMechanical Products (EMPs) was proposed based on research of notion and method of modern product design as well as modern control theory. Primary framework for software system of fault tolerance and fault rectification design and simulation of EMPs was constructed. Key technologies of fault tolerance and fault rectification design were studied. To realize fault tolerance and fault rectification design of EMPs, studies on this software system provided feasible theory, effective method and digital-oriented integration environment. Design process of fault tolerance and fault rectification was described in detail by an example of collision-avoidance robot. Simulation results proved that the fault tolerance and fault rectification design could guarantee the safety and reliability of EMPs.
