半挂汽车列车制动系统设计与试验研究

摘　　要：根据半挂汽车列车制动特点,在研究制动控制阀、继动阀等部件的基础上,设计了某半挂汽车列车气动制动系统。针对半挂汽车列车制动性能的特殊性,设计了相应的试验方案并依据国家标准进行了多项制动效能道路试验。试验结果表明,所设计的制动系统性能良好、安全性高,可满足道路行驶的要求。In accordance with the characteristic of the brake of tractor-trailer, based on the study of brake control valves and relay valve etc,the pneumatic braking system of a certain tractor-trailer is designed.Aiming at the particularity of the braking performance of tractor-trailer,the relative testing projects are designed and the various braking efficiency road tests are done in accordance with national standards.The testing results show that the brake system is provided with good performance and high safety, and it can meet road driving requirements.
