摘　　要：气相色谱法快速检测白酒中的六种醇和两种酯。在0.06～3.3g/L之间有很好的线性范围,R=0.999以上;回收率为90%～99%;检出限为0.2～1.5μg/ml。此方法在生产监控过程中快速、简便。Rapid determination of 6 kinds of alcohol and 2 kinds of ester in distilled spirit by GC was studied. The linear range was in 0.06~3.3 g/L, and its correlation coefficient was R--0.999. The recovery rate was 90%~99%. The detection limit was 0.2~ 1.5 μ g/ml. This method is simple and fast in production monitoring process.
