摘　　要：近年来，中国饮食结构不断受到西方餐饮文化的影响，而麦当劳、肯德基等知名快餐店在国内的流行也将一些西方饮食逐渐带人中国人的食谱，其中就包括了油炸薯条。而作为经验丰富的机械设备商，美国热能与控制有限公司（Heatand Control Inc．）一直以来为世界各地提供着一流的油炸设备。Heat and Control Pty Ltd is part of global food processing and packaging operation,which was established in America,1950.The company designs,engineers and builds the machinery that processes, preserves and packages prepared meats,poultry and seafood,French fries and fried snack foods. With economic development bringing vast changes to lifestyles, French fries and fried snack foods are increasingly popular in China. In order to serve the growing and challenging market in China,Heat and Control has committed to building a manufacturing facility in Nanjing,2003. The sales manager of Heat and Control Co.Ltd.in Nanjing,Mr Richard Feng said that Heat and Control firstly came to China in 1980s. They make great progress,but also face certain difficulties.The main one is that some food manufacturers do not have branded products with high quality that means they could hardly accept the advanced equipment with relatively high price.Indeed,this situation is harm to food industry development. However,we believe,with the development,food industry standards will be improved to keep unqualified companies from entering into market,from which the customers,food machinery manufactures and the entire industry will benefit.
