摘　　要：目的:建立一种操作简单、快速、准确地测定酸性多糖中糖醛酸和中性糖含量的方法。方法:通过制备葡萄糖醛酸和葡萄糖的标准曲线和相互干扰曲线,联立方程来计算糖醛酸和中性糖含量。结果:在测定糖含量时糖醛酸和中性糖相互干扰,而本方法可以消除干扰,得出糖醛酸和中性糖的真实含量。结论:该方法简便易行、结果准确、专属性强,是理想的糖醛酸和中性糖含量测定方法。Objective： To establish a simple, rapid, accurate method for the determination of uronic acid and neutral sugar in acidic polysaccharides. Methods： The standard curves, interference curves and equations ware established to calculate the contents of neutral sugar and uronic acid. Results： The mutual interference was existed between neutral sugar and uronic acid, however, this method can yield the actual contents by the way of eliminating interference. Conclusion： This method is easy, accurate, specific, and thus it is an ideal method to determine the contents of neutral sugar and uronic acid.
