摘  要:为了优化金针菇液体培养基。选取影响金针菇生长的4个主要营养因子碳源、氮源、无机盐和维生素进行正交试验,研究了不同碳源、氮源、无机盐和维生素及其不同配比对金针菇菌丝生长的影响,确定了金针菇菌丝生长的最佳培养基。金针菇液体培养的最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉,最佳氮源为黄豆粉,最佳无机盐为KCl,最佳维生素为VB2;最佳培养基配方为3%的可溶性淀粉、4%的黄豆粉、0.15%KCl7、.5 mg/100ml的VB2。该研究为金针菇的工业化生产提供理论依据。The aim of the study was to optimize the liquid culture medium in Flammuling velutipes Cart. Sing. In orthogonal experiment 4 major nutrient factor selected was carbon source,nitrogen source,inorganic salt and vitamin to study the effects of different carbon sources and nitrogen sources,salts and vitamins and their different proportion on the mycelial growth and determine the optimum culture medium for the mycelial growth in F. Velutipes Te optirmum carbon source for liquid culture of F. velutipes was soluble starch,the optirmum nitrogen source was soybean powder, the optirmun inorganic salt was KCl,and the optimum vitamin was VB2.The optimum fonnttla of culture medium was as follows: 3% soluble starch,4% soybean flour,0.15%KCl,7.5 mg/100 ml VB2. The study provided a theoretical basis for the industrialization production of F. velutipes,
