摘　　要：目的探索脾虚胃癌病证结合动物模型的建立方法。方法以过食酸味法建立脾气虚证动物模型,并在此基础上连续灌胃2-乙基亚硝胺120天。结果成功建立了脾虚胃癌病证结合动物模型。脾虚胃癌小鼠在脾虚状态、胃癌表现等方面与单纯胃癌小鼠有显著性差异。结论用本文所述方法可复制出稳定的病证结合脾虚胃癌动物模型;从实验的角度证明了脾虚在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。Objective To prohe into the method of constructing model of gastric carcinoma and Spleen Deficiency combining with disease and syndrome. Methods The animal model of Spleen Deficiency induced by vinegar was established, and on the basis of which, nitrosamine was continuously administered 120d. Results The mouse model of gastric carcinoma and Spleen Deficiency was successfully established, which was obviously different from that of gastric carcinoma in the performances of Spleen Deficiency and gastric carcinoma. Conclusion Stable mouse model of gastric carcinoma and Spleen Deficiency combined with disease and syndrome can be established following the method explained in the present study, which suggests that Spleen Deficiency is important in occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
