论工科专业成人教育学生创新能力的培养与对策

摘　　要：随着经济高速的发展，社会对人才有了更高的要求，特别是需要创新型的人才。本文分析影响工科成人教育大学生创新能力的制约因素，提出优化师资队伍，真正发挥教师主导作用；更新教育观念，构建创新教育模式；改革教学方法，真正发挥教学主渠道作用；改革课程体系，建立较为宽广而扎实的基础知识平台；强化课堂教学改革，营造问题式课堂；改革实验教学环节，培养学生的创新能力等六种培养工科专业成教学生创新能力的对策。With the rapid economical development, higher requirement especially ability of creativity are newly imposed by social upon a talent. This paper analyze the causes influence the ability of creativity of industry student of adult education. 6 methods for cultivating ability of creativity among industry students of adult education will be proposed ：Optimizes the teachers troop, displays the teacher leading role truly;Renewal education idea, to construct innovation education pattern;Reform teaching method, plays the teaching main channel role truly;Reform curriculum system, establish a broad and the solid elementary knowledge platform;Strengthening classroom instruction reform,building question type classroom;Reform experiment teaching link ,raises student＇s ability of creativity.
