摘  要:结合休闲体育发展的现状,运用知识结构理论,阐述了休闲体育专业人才应是复合型人才,应具有雄厚扎实的基础知识、融会贯通的专业基础知识和专业知识,其知识结构应该是一种动态网络结构。休闲体育专业应本着有利于社会需要、学科发展和学生发展的原则,设置既有现实性又具前瞻性、既以体育为核心又与多种学科相交叉、既立足本国本地之实情又放眼国外的课程体系。Using the knowledge structure theory and combining the development actuality, the author discusses what the leisure sports specialty person is like. They should have abundant basic knowledge, flexible digesting their knowledge and its knowledge structure is a dynamic network of knowledge. Thus the leisure sports specialty should be constructed under the principle of society demand, subject development and supporting the growth of the students, ought not only to be characterized by physical education as the nucleus and overlap with other subjects, but to open to outside world while based on domestic and local development in the field.
