摘　　要：师资培训是时代的呼唤,强化师资队伍培训是建设强大的基础医学师资队伍的重要保证,创新型社会需要创新型人才,创新型人才培训需要创新型教师的指导。在科学技术爆炸式发展的今天,随着知识的日新月异与信息的瞬息变幻,基础医学的教师队伍素质必须不断通过培训得以强化,知识水平才能逐渐提升并进入国际轨道,以适应国际社会大环境发展的要求。The teachers＇ training is the demand of the era. The intensification of teachers＇ training is the important guarantee of constructing powerful teaching body of preclinical medicine. The innovative society needs innovative talents and the talents require the guidance of innovative teachers. Nowadays, with the rapid development of technology and quick renewal of knowledge and information, the teaching body of preclinical medicine has to be strengthened gradually by intensified training, thus gradually promoting their knowledge level and reaching the international norm and adapting to the request of the development of international environment.
