摘 要:测定了5种活性炭材料的氮吸附等温线、红外光谱和Boehm滴定值。用不同的理论方法对其孔隙结构及表面化学性质进行了分析和表征。并讨论了低度白酒降度处理过程中活性炭的选择。结果表明,1#活性炭样品的比表面积最大,孔径主要分布在2~20nm的中孔范围内,2#、3#、4#、5#样品的孔径主要分布在小于2nm的微孔范围内。5种活性炭样品所具有的表面基团相似且含量不大,但存在一定的差异。1#样品最适宜于白酒降度除浊。The nitrogen adsorption isotherms, infrared spectrum and Boehm titration value of 5 kinds of active carbon were measured. Their pore structure and surface chemical properties were analyzed by different theoretical methods. The selection of proper active carbon in reducing liquor alcohol content was discussed. The results indicated that the specific surface area of 1# sample was the highest and its pore size distribution ranged between 2-20 nm, and the pore size distribution of 2#, 3#, 4# and 5# samples were below 2 rim. The surface functional groups of all 5 samples were similar and their content was low, however, there was still difference among the five samples. 1# sample was the best one for turbidity removal of low-alcohol liquors.
