摘  要:为克服企业人力资源管理过程中指标权重确定缺乏科学性和考核过程中的人为因素占主导等问题,提出了一种基于模糊优选数学模型的考核方法,阐述了模糊优选模型在确定企业人力资源管理体系的各项指标权重过程中的可行性和必要性,做到定性与定量相结合、科学确定管理体系各项指标权重。并通过实例验证,体现出该方法处理信息的广泛性、考核的客观性与结果的可比性等优点,达到了企业人力资源管理的科学性、简便性和准确性的要求。To overcome problems like lack of index weights scientific confirmation in the process of the management of human resource and man-made factor leading in the process of the examination, this paper puts forward a method of examination based on mathematics model of fuzzy selection, expounds the feasibility and necessity of fuzzy selection model in the process of the confirmation of each index weight of the system of enterprise human resource management, achieves the combination of nature determination and quantity determination, also the scientific confirmation of each index weight of the system of mangement. Moreover, by the validation of instance, this method reflects many excellencies like the universality of information management, the impersonality of examination and the comparability of results, which achieves the scientific, convenient and exact management of enterprise human resource.
