摘  要:六西格玛超越了ISO9000国际质量标准,作为一种更为科学的管理方法,一种追随卓越的理念,正风行全球,也开始深刻地影响着众多企业。文中通过探讨六西格玛的含义,它与其他质量管理举措的区别和联系,及实施六西格玛的必然性和企业在推行六西格玛管理时的关键问题等,提出了企业只有重视六西格玛,积极推行六西格玛管理,才能快速提高企业的管理水平,不断提升企业的核心竞争力。6-Sigma surpassed ISO9000 international standardization of quality, as a more scientific managing method and a conception pursuing the preeminence, which is prevailing worldwide and exerting exert a deep influence on numerous companies. In the paper, though discussing the concept of 6-Sigma, this managing method is compared with other managing method in differences and connections, and indicates the necessity of implementing 6-Sigma as well as key problems in cartying out it. It is suggested that none but valuing and implementing 6-Sigma management actively could ever raise the level of enterprise management and enterprise core competitiveness rapidly.
