摘　　要：技术型人才的产生和发展是一种有规律的历史现象，社会经济发展与科技进步是主要动因。技术型人才是技术创新的主要力量，按照已有经验，可分为技术员、工业技术师、工程技术师三个层次，分别由技术教育、科技教育、高级科技教育培养。在工作领域，技术型人才与技能型人才在智力活动和动作技能方面侧重不同，可实现分工合作、优势互补。The emergence and development of technical talents is a regular historical phenomenon, the development of society and economy, the progress of science and technology is the main tick-tock. Technical talent is the main force of technology innovation. In accordance with the acquired experience, technical talents can be divided into technician, industrial technologist and engineering technologist three levels, and cultivated by technology education, science and technology education and advanced science and tech- nology education respectively. In the work field, teehnieal talents and skilled talents have different emphasis between intellection and action skills, and can realize a rational division of labor and complementary advantage.
