摘  要:一国职业教育制度和教学模式的形成与发展,受到本国文化中不同层次内容、因素的影响,这也成为学习、借鉴他国职业教育经验的基本前提。借鉴德国职业教育模式与经验,要考虑其制度、体系、教学层面特色的形成背景,及其与德国传统、经济体制、劳动组织、培训市场等文化因素的关系。The emergence and development of system of vocational education and its teaching mode are influenced by contents and factors in different levels of national culture, which has become the basic premise of learning other countries" experience of vocational education. To learn model and experience of vocational education we should consider the background of system, structure and teaching characteristics, and consider the relationship between vocational education and the cultural factors such as national traditions, economic systems, labor organizations and training market of German.
