高等教育机会均等中的民族倾斜政策反思

摘　　要：高等教育机会均等是实现高等教育公平的重要体现,而民族高等教育倾斜政策又是实现高等教育机会均等的重要途径。从高等教育机会均等角度,回顾建国以来高考民族倾斜政策的演变,反思我国现行的高考民族倾斜政策的价值取向和实践问题。从树立正确价值取向、打破传统单一以民族标准的倾斜政策、建立严格的民族成分鉴定制度等方面提出实现教育机会均等的高考民族政策调整的策略建议。Equality of higher educational opportunities is the important manifesto of realizing higher educational fair while the National Minority Favorable Policy of Higher Education is the important approach. This article, from the perspective of the equal opportunity, reviews the development of the policy and the value and practice of such favorable policy, and proposes some suggestions on the adjustment of the National Minority Favorable Policy of Higher Education.
