摘　　要：根据作者做班主任工作的经验,从建好班级基层组织、加强与学生的沟通、细化和量化制度管理和通过活动培养学生的能力等四个方面,介绍了做高职班班主任工作的具体做法。According to the work experience of the teacher in charge of a class in higher vocational education, the writer introduces four practices as following： 1. establishing good class organizations; 2. often heart - to - heart talking with the students; 3. quantitatively checking on the students; 4. developing the students＇ ability by activities.
